Enter the ‘Dragons’ Den’. An Austrian healthcare start-up/scale-up will open this practical workshop with a short pitch, followed by a fast-paced panel unpacking the deal’s pressure points. The audience will split into mixed deal teams to tackle investor and founder perspectives using a mini term sheet + DD snapshot + deal fact pattern, supported by the speakers and AI-assisted drafting. Teams will pitch their solution on stage and face rapid-fire questions from the ‘Dragons’.
Alona Klammer is Team Lead Legal Operations and Data Protection Officer at AOP Health Group, an international pharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases and critical care. She advises on complex commercial transactions, M&A and licensing projects, data protection, and legal operations. Prior to joining AOP Health, Alona worked at the Austrian law firm DORDA in its IP/IT/Data Protection practice, advising clients on technology, intellectual property, and privacy matters. With experience spanning private practice and the pharmaceutical industry, she combines legal, regulatory, and strategic perspectives to help companies navigate growth, investment, and partnership opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Andjelka Todorović is a Partner at Wolf Theiss based in Belgrade, Serbia. She is member of the Corporate and M&A and Regulatory teams, as well as the Energy and Life Sciences industry groups at Wolf Theiss. She has worked on some of the most high-profile transactions in Serbia, including both privatizations and flagship PPP projects and bespoke private deals in innovative sectors. Anđelka has ample professional experience in the regulatory and compliance aspects of a wide variety of highly regulated industries. Christof Goetz is a Vienna-based entrepreneur, MedTech founder and healthcare fundraising advisor with a background in information technology, business development and venture creation. Before entering the Life Sciences sector, he co-founded and helped build several software and hardware companies, gaining hands-on experience in technology development, commercialization and growth.
Over the past nine years, Christof has focused on MedTech, HealthTech and Life Sciences. As founder and CEO of Brainhero, he led the development of a digital neurofeedback therapy solution for children with autism and ADHD, navigating product development, fundraising, MDR-related regulatory requirements, reimbursement discussions, intellectual property matters and market entry challenges.
Today, Christof advises healthcare, MedTech and biotech companies on fundraising readiness, investor positioning, commercial strategy, regulatory pathways and due diligence preparation.
